Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a team to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way. We think teamwork is really important against dropping out in European schools.
So we have been discusing about the advantages of it :

1-Creativity increases when people work together as a team.
2-Combining the different points of view of the members of a team helps to create more effective solutions to the problems
3-Teamwork allows the talents of each team member to complement each other to create a final product that could not have been achieved individually
4-Each individual focuses on their specialty, and collaboration allows everyone to maximize their potential in the task that dominates.
