<p><strong>Students of the 1st Senior High School of Karditsa, Greece in Vilnius, Lithuania</strong><br class="autobr" /> The 1st Senior High School of Karditsa participated in a transnational meeting in Vilnius, Lithuania in the context of the Erasmus+ project we are involved in. The T.R.E.E.S project (Together to Reach Efficient and Encouraging Schools) will try to exchange best practices and knowledge on effective ways to prevent early school leaving and promote educational success.<br class="autobr" /> Two teachers and three students had the chance to meet teachers and students of another four European countries and talk about dropping out of school (reasons and ways of preventing it).<br class="autobr" /> At the same time they participated in various educational activities, they were informed about the educational systems of the other countries and they talked on fighting against early school leaving.<br class="autobr" /> Special visits were offered to them. Visits to the Lithuanian Parliament, the City Hall, various museums as well as walks along the Christmas decorated and brightly lit streets of the city.</p>
